PUBLIC NOTICE - STALLS AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING

The Greater Sepik Cocoa of Excellence & Trade Expo Committee is pleased to inform the general public, stakeholders, and business community that a limited number of stalls are now available for booking for the upcoming Expo scheduled for 21st–23rd April 2026 in Wewak, East Sepik Province.

Interested participants are invited to secure exhibition space under the following categories:

• Category 1 – Government Departments, Private Companies & Business Houses.

  Total Stalls Available: 22

• Category 2 – Cooperatives

  Total Stalls Available: 16

• Category 3 – Individuals

  Total Stalls Available: 8

This Expo provides a unique platform to showcase products, services, innovations, and initiatives within the cocoa and agriculture sector, while also promoting trade, partnerships, and investment opportunities across the Greater Sepik region.

Important Information:

• Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Early booking is highly encouraged due to limited availability.

• Participants who have already purchased stalls will receive their official stall numbers directly from the Secretariat via their provided contact details.

• All interested participants must comply with the Expo guidelines and registration requirements.

• For stall bookings and further inquiries, please contact the Expo Secretariat through the official communication channels.

• The Committee encourages all eligible participants to take advantage of this opportunity to be part of this significant regional event.
